“We moved our son in at Fort Hays yesterday morning and at lunch his coolant hose broke on his Tahoe in the restaurant parking lot. My husband was able to fix it enough so we could drive it (quickly) to Hays Chevrolet service department. We finally got there around 4pm and the service team jumped on it quickly and was able to fix it properly in about an hour. I know they had other customers and everyone hates the guy who pulls in at 4 pm, but these guys were great and got his car back on the road. We are from out of town so we are thankful for their help in a jam.”

“I had a couple lights Come on. these folks narrowed it down. Did a great job diagnosing exactly what it was took Their time was patient with me. We figured out that it was a battery. Even though multiple shops around town told me that I needed a new transmission. I'm probably needed to a new wiring harness. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my car. Thank you for saving me thousands in repairs I didn't need.”
“A Ks trooper pulled us over to tell us we had a rear dual flat in out LTV. Thankful he did and he recommended Give Star. They did not have the tire we needed but called around and found one at Kansasland Although they could not help us with the repair but they really went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Thank you Five Star.”

“The only issue I had was that I had made my appointment online on the website. I received conformation of the date/time and also received reminders 2-3 times prior to the scheduled time. When I arrived on scheduled date/time I was told that I was not on their calendar. I was told that the online appointments lagged behind some. I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior. However, they made room for me and got my car serviced, just took a little longer. Maybe a checkup on the website/computer link is needed?”

“Really a bunch of nice people! They squeezed me in for a reweld on my muffler and in less than an hour I was all set! They replaced a section of my bad welded areas with a solid peice! Very clean work and at a great price! Definitely check them out of you need any professional help!”

“This has become one of my favorite body shops in the area. Super friendly staff, who actually care about you and the vehicle they are wanting to fix. They work in a fast pace and get things done quick which is very nice. And they even went out of their way to let me use their rental service and made the process so much easier. If you have any repairs or damages and need to get it fixed this is the place to do it. They are as professional as it gets and it was a pleasure doing business with them.”

“Been coming here for years for when tire pressure gets low, had a nail in my tire today and figured I'd come here. The gentlemen who helped me at the front desk and serviced the tire were bright, friendly, and got everything done in a timely order. I came in expecting to pay for a tire repair/replacement, but they fixed it quickly and didn’t even charge me. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and customer care these days and have definitely earned my trust and will continue to come here in the future.”
“Kirby and team helped us patch a tire on our drive through Kansas. They welcomed us and our dog to sit inside while they did a quick job repair and we chatted the whole time.
I had another issue the next day, called and Kirby again came through trying to help me troubleshoot the issue and find a repair shop near me.

“So yesterday was check-in for my daughter's sophomore year at FHSU. Her car overheated so I called Mike's and they say bring it over and they would look at it. Replaced cooling fans on 08 Malibu and my daughter picked it up today. Excellent service and very fair price! I usually fix my cars myself but I'm 4 hours away. I can rest easier now knowing Mike's Auto repair is there if needed. I highly recommend them!”

“Very impressed with the Service Center at this dealership! Our Jeep had issues on our drive home and the Service Center squeezed us in. They great to work with and assisted with transportation to and from our hotel. They got us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
The lounge area was clean, had a nice coffee machine, and plenty of outlets to charge our devices. If I lived in the area would definitely work with them again!”

“If I could give more stars I would! Originally took my vehicle to them for brakes and an alignment after getting new tires. I was pretty confident I would need brakes as they were very noisy and hadn’t been done in a long time. They were honest and told me my brakes had good life and aren’t worth replacing yet.
They also mentioned the ball joints show signs of needing replaced. I knew the day would come given the make and year of my pickup. I scheduled the work after seeing the estimate. They finished it day of and even came out lower than the original estimate.
They could have easily charged the full price they originally quoted but were transparent and honest. Places like this don’t get the credit they deserve. 10/10 would recommend!”
