“I could not be more thankful for this buisiness.
It was 8:00pm on Saturday night. My alternator went out in Hays with a 1 year old baby in the back seat and work on Monday. Everything was closed and would stay closed on Sunday.
Except... Auto & Tire master was... OPEN?!?!? I called and Jesus Madrigal picked up the phone. I described the issues and he effectively diagnosed the issue on the spot. I manged to limp in and they tested it free of charge... I gave him the keys and a handshake.
Mario took me back to my hotel.
They worked Sunday morning to get me on my way by noon. The price was reasonable... especially for the time of day.
Spare yourself the corporate shop and just give Jesus a call. There is no comparison to working with a real person.
God bless you Jesus... you saved our trip.”

“Very impressed with the Service Center at this dealership! Our Jeep had issues on our drive home and the Service Center squeezed us in. They great to work with and assisted with transportation to and from our hotel. They got us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
The lounge area was clean, had a nice coffee machine, and plenty of outlets to charge our devices. If I lived in the area would definitely work with them again!”

“Rarely don't have what you're looking for, and of they don't they'll get it. Any kind of parts, welding supply, chains, anything for your shop, tools, PPE, and grilling stuff too. Cheaper parts and staff that actually knows something or they'll find put for you.”
“I was on a trip across Kansas and had a coolant connection break. Todd got me in and started working on my vehicle quickly. He got me a diagnosis and a price and started getting it fixed. There was a complication cause another connection broke but it's a 20yr old vehicle so it happens. They treated me great and charged a fair price. The work did take longer then I hoped due to the 2nd connection breaking and other things Todd had to do but I was able to get back on the road and make it home no more issues.”

“If I could give more stars I would! Originally took my vehicle to them for brakes and an alignment after getting new tires. I was pretty confident I would need brakes as they were very noisy and hadn’t been done in a long time. They were honest and told me my brakes had good life and aren’t worth replacing yet.
They also mentioned the ball joints show signs of needing replaced. I knew the day would come given the make and year of my pickup. I scheduled the work after seeing the estimate. They finished it day of and even came out lower than the original estimate.
They could have easily charged the full price they originally quoted but were transparent and honest. Places like this don’t get the credit they deserve. 10/10 would recommend!”
