“We were on a road trip from Kansas City to Laramie, WY on a Friday when our car started overheating as we neared Hays. Turned out we needed a new water pump that had to be ordered, arrival Monday, but no car rental agencies were open on the weekend. Jamie came to meet us at 3:30 on Saturday and we were able to go ahead with our plans. We are very grateful.”
