Great place great service...some of the techs need a lesson in moving faster...the pharmacists are always willing to talk to you even though you can see they're swamped...it does take some time to get your rx but they do the best they can.LOVE the place

Talked with Amy multiple times over the past few months every time she answers the phone she is extremely rude. This time she said “it’s not my problem” when my medication was not ready on time. Who would ever say that someone trying to get medication? 0 out of 5 stars. Never getting prescriptions filled here again.

Went to the Dillons pharmacy to get blood thinners due to communications with my pregnancy. The girl at the pharmacy threw her hands in the air, rolled her eyes, and said extremely rudely it would be 30 minutes. I'm guessing Nichole (that's her name) thought the pregnant girl at the counter was there for heroine. My husband got irritated and walked up shortly behind me and she once again got her wonderful people skills ramped up and got the same attitude. He told the lady she better not roll her eyes at his pregnant wife again. She then went and got a pharmacist and told him she is going to make us wait all day. He said it was fine make them wait as long as she wants. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS HERE UNLESS ITS YOUR LAST OPTION.

Who closes a Deli during Dinner time . Then have some kid rudely tell me they are closed . My son runs a Deli at a Grocery Store in Johnson County . When they had a staff of 4 because of Covid they stayed open normal hours and upper management helped him with covering shifts . I find the Deli being close unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be sending a formal complaint to corporate. No excuse will be accepted, I will take my business to Walmart which I hate . Your store is poorly managed and a food shortage isn't the issue.

Literally the slowest pharmacy in Hays. Will never use again. Takes about 5 hours to have a prescription filled so be prepared to wait.
