First time visiting this store. Really impressed with how clean and well stocked it is, especially the craft section. My last stores in a different state had very small craft sections, but this store in Hays is awesome. I found everything I was looking for and more. Will be back for sure.

I’m an avid Dollar Tree shopper, in the past I had been very disappointed with the store and a few employees (especially from bout May to June/July). Been going in the past two months, with this evening being the most recent, the employees are FANTASTIC, especially Tatum!!! The store is finally neat and nicely stocked. Each time I go in it’s been better and better! I applaud the new manager ( wish I had gotten her name). I hope it stays that way!

I use to shop here every week. I loved seeing the smiling faces. However when I was walking in today, I saw the Store Manager leaving crying. She said she no longer works there and i'm fully amazed at what this company does. I knew they didn't pay them correctly and never got them any help but to let go the backbone of the store is uncalled for. I instantly called corporate and plan on continuing to do so. I would warn others of working here as your hard work will not be rewarded.

I don't know how we can find what we need right away..the store suplys is very bad. special in the deli area is empty.the floor always boxes around. is not a clean place.and at 6/23 this situation is not changing .the same trash in the flor and not even one good customer service.

The prices are a little too high you want 25 the store is a good store but there's nobody to run the store and they change the hours after I can change cents and it don't have anybody to serve you other than that it's a good store no the store has no people

I was super bummed to arrive at the store on Friday, April 18, 2023, as they should've been opening, only to find a hand lettered sheet of construction paper, taped to the front door with the hours on it. The hours for Friday said: Closed.I understand having trouble finding help, but I checked the hours online before driving 45 minutes with a friend. It was extra effort to meet to leave in time to be at DT when they were supposed to open. What a waste of energy, time, and gas!Please update your store hours online when you can't be open!Then, we decided to do some thrift shopping instead. One of the ladies at the thrift shop told me that this store had closed for a day or two, at one point, to reset the store to all Dollar Tree Plus items. I sincerely hope that's not the case. While I do purchase a few things from DT Plus, my main focus is the $1.25 items.If you've switched to all DT Plus items, we have a Dollar General close to where we live. I certainly won't be driving 45 minutes to Colby if that's the case.

This place should just close the doors it's never open they can't pay there staff. What staff the do have is rude. They as well need to update there website. Store is dirty never has anything in stock when the are open.

Showed up at 8:45 to just grab 1 item real fast door's were locked and not a single worker in sight and they're supposed to be open till 9 I swear the workers just make up their own hours
