Hibbett Sports is known for its helpful employees and great customer service. They provide assistance in finding specific items, such as sports equipment and shoes. Customers appreciate the good sales on kids' shoes and the decent selection of apparel. However, some shoppers have noted that certain items, like wide-width football cleats and specific sporting equipment, may need to be ordered early in the season, as the store may not restock once items are sold out. Overall, Hibbett Sports offers a good selection at decent prices, making it a reliable choice for sports gear.
The help we received from the employees at the Hays store was great. We called and asked if they had a certain ball glove. They did, and held it back for us so we could drive from Quinter to pick it up. Thank you for the added help.

The employee at Hibbits helped us find exactly what we were wanting and even better we came on a day when tennis shoes were half off. The one thing that is needed - wide width football cleats. We had to order those from another sports place, so Hibbits lost that sale
