Had the AC fixed on my sons truck. They had to take off the whole dash board including steering wheel, stereo etc. After getting our truck back, not even a week and a half later and the touch screen stereo stops working. We take it back and tell them it stopped working and they tell us it's not their problem because it was working when we left. We took it to xibit customs and they looked at it and said the stereo was cracked on the back side and he could tell it was forced back in place. Xibit called import and told them the problem but Troy denied doing anything wrong. He said he doesn't know why people install aftermarket devices because they are so difficult to deal with. Especially all the cluster of wires that are in the way. So now since they do not stand behind the work they did we have to purchase the stereo that they broke which will cost us $750. We also needed new shocks and struts so we got an estimate when we took it to get the AC worked on. Once again totally against aftermarket (we have a 2 1/2 inch lift and bigger tires) he said our problem was all the aftermarket and he suggested going back to all factory original. Taking out the lift, getting smaller tires etc. Glad we got a second opinion because they couldn't believe someone would suggest that! So disappointing!

They have been great mechanics for years and very honest about everything! Troy offered me great Toyo A/T open country tires for my tundra! They are very smooth tires ever I bought from him! Very happy about it!

By foreign, they mean Asian. They will not work on European or American made cars. I am sure they do good work on Asian cars but won't touch anything else.

A bit disappointed here really. Left me feeling fooled and treated like I was kinda d**** The given word was not what was stuck to. The service seemed much more concerned with what they were going to make out of me than what I needed. I felt mislead and slightly cheated. It wasn't that I was lied to, it was just that he knew it was a simple fix and still wanted to milk me for what I was worth it seems. Prices were overpriced, but nothing out of the ordinary for any repair shop. I imagine that he does really quality work even. He even got me in quick (not too surprised tho given the nature of the repair - changing a filter). It just ended up being a repair I could do myself for $20 bucks in ten minutes, but they wanted to charge me $90 and not tell me that! Still got $50 out of me just for saying that's all it was - when the agreed max I'd be charged was "35 or 40!" I'll never go back for anything major since this was how it was for minor things. He didn't earn my trust.
