I can't believe how much better this gym has become with the new owners. The last time I was in here (about 4 years ago) I felt very uncomfortable asking for help on how to use the equipment. The new staff is awesom!

Great variety of weights and cardio equipment! Plus tanning beds, sauna and they have taekwondo classes!! What else could you possibly need?
