I ordered a couch from NFM and they used Price Truck line to complete the delivery. The first time around they only delivered 1/3 of my couch pieces. Then once it was all here, discovered that 2/3 pieces were damaged.NFM issued replacements and when Price brought the replacements and came to pick up the damaged pieces, there was only one guy and i had to help him unload the items and load the damaged items. Of course i did because i didnt wanted damaged pieces again, but very unprofessional that im paying for a service that i have to assist in. Very unorganized company to not know when you need multiple people for a job.
