First time getting my oil changed here. Great service. Efficiency was top-notch. I didn't have to leave my car, which was a new but awesome experience. I have a 2016 Jeep Patriot with almost 150,000 miles on it. I was expecting to pay a hundred to hundred fifty due to that, but it was pleasantly surprised that it was just almost sixty. I will definitely be keeping my business here for as long as possible. ?

Get the oil changed here pretty much every time it's needed. They even pointed out an issue we didn't know about so we could get that fixed.

Quality Quick lube is the best. The guys in there are always very friendly and helpful. Can't beat a 10 minute oil change plus you don't have to get out of the car with your kiddos.

Was better when Galen owned it. Time before last, they didn't get the plug tight. But we gave them a second chance and we've not had problems this time around.

Update: I gave them another chance today and the service was much better. I feel like they tried to make it the way it was before. The owner or manager (I'm not sure which) did seem frustrated with me due to my last review, but I did make sure to compliment the service this time around. Well done.I'm very disappointed in how much things have changed since new ownership. The guys did fine doing the very basic things such as literally changing the oil and refilling the washer fluid, but I wasn't allowed to get out of the car, I had to change my own sticker, I had to pop the hood myself, I had the reset my oil light myself and when the kid told me how to do it it wasn't even right, I was not offered different services such a air filter cleaned or what kind of oil I wanted in my car, and yes I know all of these things seem trivial and they are however it used to be we would pull in go to the lobby they would come in ask what kind of oil we wanted put into our vehicle all of those services were taken care of plus we were offered other things. Even something as simple as hey you wipers are looking run down I can fix that for you. We had our tire pressure checked before and they used to even do a quick vacuum and wipe down in the front seats. None of those things are being done anymore and I'm paying more now than I was then. Just disappointed in the service and I know it falls back on the new owners not the staff.
