Thorough, quick, reliable, outstanding communication skills regarding products in regard to high mileage vs low mileage vehicles - take all my personal and company vehicles to Pioneer for service, fluids and wiper blades. 10/10 recommend.

Waited in line for over an hour and when it was my turn and im the last one there, they all left to go to their lunch, leaving me still waiting without ever telling me they wouldnt get me before their lunch, meaning i had to wait even longer. Also the average time for an oil change was closer to 20-25 minutes not 15 like they say.
