“If you push the wrong button, the call center will tell you that there is no way to reach the store directly. Make sure you dial Nine if you want the store personnel and not the call center. Once I got through the phone fiasco, they were very helpful and efficient. I got the package that was sent for me and it was packaged well and securely. Was pleasantly surprised in the end. :)”
