The customer service is top notch, with exceptionally fast responses and one-on-one assistance that makes brides feel at ease, never rushed or uncomfortable. The ownership is also knowledgeable. A talented seamstress teams with her amazing mother for alterations. It is a true gem and a highly recommended shop where many find their perfect dress in only one appointment.

I felt so very welcomed here by the staff and I felt like I was meant to get married in my perfect dress. Sydney took great care of me when other bridal stores here in town made me feel rushed, uncomfortable and completely overwhelmed from not listening to my preferences.
