Doesn’t meet with you at your scheduled time we had our appointment for 6 o’clock and weren’t seen until 9:30. Then come to find out he messed something up on our taxes and there was nobody in the office to answer phone calls and nobody in the building either.

He will go one on one and talk to you privately to make sure he isn’t just plugging in the money and running the numbers.. he doesn’t charge what others are he is affordable and reasonable

Have not been able to get our tax forms back and no return calls its freaking july and we cant get any info as to why our taxes werent filed!!! Irs said we cant do anything without our forms which Toby has !!! Never had any trouble until this year. Will not be going to him again or referring others to him

I have been a customer of T Montgomery Jones tax service for several years and never had an issue until this year. I sent my taxes and was told I would have them done within a couple of days. Three weeks later nothing had been touched. I ended up getting all of my stuff back and having them done elsewhere. When I called to see when they would even be submitted the response I got was they will be done when I get them done. The owner never returned phone calls and ended up firing the only good employee he had to help him. Unfortunately I won't be going back and I can't honestly recommend him to others now either after the way I was treated as a long time customer.

I have been going to Toby for about 7 years now and have had a great experience each and every year... until this year. I filed my taxes on 2/14 and still have not received my state return (it's now 5/17). I have emailed and called multiple times and still cannot reach anyone. I will not be returning after this. I am extremely upset and deeply frustrated with how my experience has been this year.

If you enjoy having your transcripts disappear off of the face of the earth definitely go here. Then after they disappear you get to enjoy the most wonderful silence when this place never ever answers your calls or your messages regardless of how many you leave or when you attempt to call. Funny how a buisiness that ONLY handles taxes can "lose" documents with virtually ALL of my wife and I's identifying information on them.
