Very high prices, some of the employees are super helpful but others seemed to be inconvenienced by any customer with a question. Just a friendly reminder that jobs that fall into the service industry umbrella require employees with atleast a minimal amount of tact and people skills.

On two occasions our company has used Xibit for installation of tracking and recovery systems. Good quality work that is reasonably priced, you can't go wrong here with Troy and his crew!

Tho they couldn't reprogram the remote starter I'd bought before I moved to the area they did give one heck of a try!! Most would have just sent me on my way. I appreciate the effort!
