“Very kind and helpful.
They have saved my butt many times.
They have a great price on automotive and other 12V batteries.
They can also custom build you a battery for your electronics!”

“Had the battery in my car key fob replaced in less than 1 min. It cost less than $10. You could do it yourself but it’s so much easier to have another person do it for you.”
“Found we needed a new battery right away. Their prices are great AND even took the old battery out and installed the new one at no extra charge! Quick too. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes.”
“I love this shop! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. They will install wipers and even help a woman in her thirties learn to read a dip stick and fill up her oil (hello, that’s me!). Anthony helped me today and I am so appreciative! He taught me something new, was kind and professional. Thanks again guys!”
“Amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me. Service was fast, prices were great, and everything was explained clearly. Best battery shop around. I highly recommend!”
“I called ahead and gave O'Reilly my wife's company name for discount, and the process was very smooth, the guys who helped me knew what they were doing, overall great experience.”
“Jolene was absolutely wonderful! She helped me by installing a new battery and was so very kind and helpful! Definitely best customer service I've had in a longtime.”
“O'Reillys, in general, is a bit more expensive than many alternatives but every time I have been to this location they have been nothing but helpful and have always gone out of their way to ensure I am helped with anything I need. This kind of customer service is few and far between in today's society.”
“Fred and Stacey are very helpful when it comes to keeping me informed on delayed or out of town parts and other pertinent information pertainig to our daily operations. Deliveries are quick. Drivers are friendly.”
“Dale went above and beyond making sure the issue i was having was taken care of (which required much more than a regular counter service). Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dale and this particular O'Reily's store!”

“Great experience! Stopped to pick up an oil filter for my son. A gentleman walked up to me right away and asked if he could help me find anything. I showed him the picture and he walked me right there, handed me the filter, then even checked me out!! Great job!! GOOD customer service is a rarity! Thank you”

“5 stars! Thankful they were open on a Sunday evening when I was headed out of town and blow a coolant hose. They got it set aside for us & were very helpful even right before closing. Thank you guys!”
“The guy working at the counter took the time to install my left blinker light for me. He didn't have to do that but it was really nice of him to help me out so I don't get pulled over or rear-ended.”

“I came in today not sure on what I was getting into, the employees there did their best to figure out what I was needing but inevitably couldn't, they all directed me towards their manager Steve. He helped me figure out what I was needing, he also recommended me other things incase what I was working on didn't fix my problem. Highly recommend this location, all the employees and manager are amazing at their jobs.”
