I bought 3 slices of pizza at Sbarro inside the store and was charged twice. I immediately let the girl at the counter know and she was quite rude. She printed me another receipt of the same transaction and said she would not refund the extra charge (was already showing up in my bank account & I showed her this) as it was my bank’s fault and that she would not give me the 3 slices of pizza for the extra charge. I called my bank once back in my car and they said that I was indeed charged twice, to wait a few days to verify it did hard post to our account and if it did the charge would be disputed. Well it did hard post and so it will be disputed. We loved this Kwik Shop and would frequent it often, however, after this simple mistake that could have easily been rectified, we will no longer be giving them anymore business. Patrons beware & check your receipts!!! This happened last Thursday 9.25.25 around 320pm.

Every time I go to this location I run into at least one has pump that doesn't work. Most times it's more than one. Inside the store is fine.

Why ?? This abomination of a breafast sandwich should not exist.No one has ever said yes i would like fake eggs, cold bacon, and put it on a sponge. Yeah the one that was left in the bottom of the sink overnight.. yes! make that into a sandwich...well by golly you all nailed it. It was so dry my tongue is now parched to the point of not being able to speak 2 bites in.I thought caseys had bad sandwiches but dang if you didnt just move up to first place in that category

The gas sign will say one price, then flash to a much higher price for about two seconds, then back to the lower price. Too many other options to put up with that deceptive nonsense. Never again.

This is a very nice Kwik shop. Clean, friendly, and rather spacious. There's also a dining area to enjoy a meal. I tried the Sbarro 2 for $6 deal and it was completely worth it. 2 Big slices with perfect crust, flavorful toppings, marinara sauce is included I believe. Overall, I highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

Avoid. Dillons loyalty cards haven't worked here in months. I finally went in and asked only to find out that this "KwikShop" has switched to a new loyalty program. Only the pumps still ask for your Dillons Plus number, the card swipes still ask for it, and they haven't told anyone that they aren't doing it anymore.They also chose to set their credit & debit card pre-authorization limit to $99. If you have a large SUV or truck, you can only get 1/2 - 2/3 of a tank per attempt. Or if you actually want them to meet the 35 gallon terms of the Dillons Plus program.Avoid.
