Ordered a large hand tossed crust with meat lovers ,,,, there was about 8 pieces of pepperoni and a few crumbs of sausage, hardly any pizza sauce and a sprinkle of cheese in the center,,,was all placed in the center of a medium sized pizza,,, the 3 outer inches of the pizza was nothing but cooked dough,,, I should have looked at it before I paid,,,, I will go to a different pizza hut next time,,, they make them right at 47th and Broadway,,,

Ordered online delivery on a whim. Large 3 topping. 20% tip. Status was stuck on out for delivery for 25 minutes, I live 2 miles away. So I called, and the guy told me the new driver was lost. Driver shows up a few minutes later, I greet him with a "Hi there" and a smile. He stares me down the whole time while pulling out the pizza. Doesnt utter a single word. Not a hello, nor sorry about the 30 minute late delivery, have a nice day, nothing. I saw another reviewer say the same thing recently. All around bad experience, the driver needs to find a new job, and he is lucky I am a nice guy. Pretty much every corporate owned fast food spot in Haysville Kansas is the absolute worst customer service and messed up orders. It's honestly crazy!

I ordered food over the phone and gave my credit card information. After this transaction someone tried to use my card number at Dream Pairs and Kohls.

Will never order from this location again ! After placing our delivery order at 1:15 pm at 5:15 we still had no pizza. I called to find out what the problem was and they refunded all of my money. We were just testing them and ordered the exact same thing the very next day and the very same thing happened ! I debated whether I should take a chance and see if they could get it right the second time ( everybody deserves a 2nd chance ) and what happened the first day happened again. We spoke to the manager and she finally got our pizza to us but offered nothing of compensation. There won't be a third chance...

Ordered delivery and wasn’t happy that I had to go through a call center. I received my pizza 10 minutes faster than promised, YAY! Went to open my sodas and they were WARM! I’m in a hotel, not gonna pour my soda over the ice from the ice machine.

Normally have friendly delivery drivers. But this guy came to the door did not say a damn word to me. Then when I asked for peppers he scoffed at me and still never said nothing! Very unprofessional!!

No ingredients around the crust, ordered a large but had less than a medium worth of sauce, meat and cheese. $100 order, but less than $50 worth of value. Only happened a the Haysville location, BEWARE, don't order from there.

Called 7 times to order a pizza to go but no answer. Went to the store to order a pizza on-site but when I got there the person working was outside with 3 guys including one of the cooks. The sign on the door cleary states no loitering but they all moved inside and was there when I ordered including the cook. How does that work?

I ordered chicken Alfredo at 9:06 and finally got my food at 9:41. When I opened the container it was less than half full. I immediately called to tell them that I was not satisfied but got no answer. I'm very disappointed with their service.
