The customer service is lacking. I’ve gone in to buy some things right after I bought my house, and the guy checking my father and I out only talked to my dad and made a comment about how I was quick to swipe my card. I’ve gone in a couple of times after that, and the same guy can’t even be friendly. I’ve politely asked how he was doing to which he did not respond. I’d certainly rather drive over to Derby or into Wichita than give this store my business.
