The Haysville Kansas Post Office provides the best customer service of any post office I’ve ever done business with in the past.I’ve been a customer there for 19 years and have always been very impressed with all of the staff over the years; Both clerks and carriers. I would recommend this post office to anyone in the area.

Notice says to much mail for my box, but theres literally only 3 pieces in the box.
Poor service for the $200 a year they are wanting.

I have had countless pieces of mail sent to the wrong address. I have made several complaints by phone and also in person, but they always seem to blame it on a replacement driver because someone was out sick. They placed a note inside my mailbox 3 yrs ago for the carrier to see my actual address so it wouldn't get mixed up again. Nothing seems to be helping long term,

I had a very good experience with this post office. They actually take the time to call you back and continue to stay in contact until the problem is solved. I have dealt with lots of post offices and this by far one of the best!

Never had a bad experience here. Been using this post office for over 15 years and not once could I call it a bad experience. Sure not everyday is sunshine and roses but even then I couldn’t call it bad. Keep up the good work and being consistent.

3-19-2021.. I recently put a laminated note on the mailbox.."Close Door Tight".. Sure enough the note is ignored...door left open again today...For the most part no problem with the post office and staff,,, but the carrier that delivers on S Meridian has a problem with closing a mailbox. Not unusual to have the box left open and mail wet... Todays rain was heavy and mail was soaked..

Post office itself is cute and quaint. Love the employees there. They’re always super helpful. That being said, the regular route driver that delivers our mail acts as if someone ruined her life every day. She is rude and always has an extremely unpleasant disposition. She throws packages at our door if they are too large to fit inside the box. She scowls even when my family waves and smiles, she is the definition of who I peg as “going postal” one day. Cause every day she looks like she’s about to snap!

I've always had great experiences here. The employees are nice and helpful, its not nearly as busy as Wichita and they have always been polite and professional. Plus it's not that far from Wichita so it's quick and easy to get to.

Once a week a stupid elderly person rams their car door into my vehicle. I'm parked, straight in a spot. They pull up next to me and open their door into my vehicle. Other than that ignorance, the workers here are fun and super sweet. Even the post master knows my name.
