We had a certified letter attempted on Saturday (5-10-25) however we did never heard even a knock on the door although we have a door Bell which works great.
Later on Saturday, we went on USPS and requested for the certified letter to be held at the post office on Monday, 5-12-25 rather than having a second attempt. However, the carrier took it to the street again for a second delivery. On Monday, 5-12, mail was late on making delivery by 1 hour so all of our plans were set back for this day.
If we have an electronic way of requesting of our wishes, to have a 2nd attempt or to have the letter to be held at the post office, then why isn't that observed?
