“I want to recognize an employee named Ciara I hope I have her name right at the Dollar General in Hillsboro, Kansas. She went far above and beyond what I would ever expect from customer service. We had purchased a water gun at another Dollar General, and had already thrown away the packaging. All we had was the receipt and the water gun. Instead of telling us there was nothing she could do, she patiently worked to make it right. She manually typed in the barcode multiple times and never acted frustrated or inconvenienced. She stayed kind, professional, and determined until she found a way to help us. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Ciara truly stood out. Her patience, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an amazing one. Dollar General is lucky to have an employee like her. She deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you, Ciara, for caring about your customers!”
