Clean unit. Straight forward contract. Overall pleased. Prices maybe a bit high, but most everything is now-a-days.

The prices are high and the units aren't tight. I could see the field behind mine from the back wall inside my unit and had lots of mice come in because of it. The man who runs it is very nice and keeps the property clean.
