first Kansas bank bought out the small little banks in the area and did away with customer service all to make quick dollar. They went so far as to continue to draft on a closed account just to collect the fees. never in my life have I seen such poor business practices.

Just got off the phone with Eric. First Kansas Bank updated their website to make everything more user friendly. This altered some of my online banking transactions for my business. Eric called me within 12 hours to address my concerns. Small town work at its finest! Thank you First Kansas Bank for caring.
