“Hey, I was just on the phone with Megan.
I had a question about the UPS drop off.
She Was very polite and very knowledgable on the process of what to do when the box is too big for the drop off box outside the store. She told me to just bring it inside and give it to the pharmacist or the clerk working in the store.
