The bathroom is incredibly dirty. Piss is the only scent you can smell, toilets unkept, floors dirty and also unkept. Rule of thumb if they can’t keep the bathroom even remotely clean, it’s probably not a good idea to eat the food cooked on site. Do better.

Casey’s Holton Kansas on Highway 75
The exterior of this Casey’s is the worst I have ever seen. Trash and debris everywhere, grease stain walking into building,yellow curb paint coming off as well as the parking lines.
Gas pumps are dirty.
It gets no better on the Inside , bathroom had a pool of urine under the urinal and the stool area had toilet paper all over the floor. The mirror had dirty splatters. The paper towel dispenser was empty and failing off the wall
Shelves were reasonably stocked and rotated where checked ,however those same shelves were not dusted.
Staff was nice but staff seemed unconcerned about all the filth.

Absolutely no employee to be seen in this establishment. None in kitchen, no one at register. Customer waiting in line when I came in left money and walked. I left my purchase on counter and walked about a minute behind him. At least my hometown Casey's ain't the only one !

Casey’s pizza: famous for pizza, never has pizza (both Holton locations I guess). And the windshield washer fluid is always empty

So we and elderly couple and we got a flat so we pulled into get air. We'll that didn't work and ita 25 degrees out... so the assistance manger wasn't very helpful and had some not nice attitude... then insisted that we had to move r car away from the door cuz a there truck was coming.. didn't care If by moving it would damage r tire... we were waiting for the roadside assistance to come... her name is whitney... now the other two ladies in there so nice and tried to be helpful, there names were dawn and Rita.... so If u r going thur holton kansas. Don't stop at the casey there.. we travel this way alot and won't be stop there again..... thanks again to dawn and Rita.

I like to go into the restroom to the location I'm visiting. Even gas stations. It emphasizes the entire cleanliness and upkeep on the establishment. The sensor is broken. And there's toilet paper everywhere. Trash bins are full.
As I walked in I overheard the Cashier negatively engaging with other customers about a previous customer because they paid with a large bill. There's 99%of the time something at certain days and times. And I don't take my children in here anymore because we get advised to leave because we are loud. I've got 5 YOUNG children. And Casey's did nothing but explain the fact that the kitchen manager had a right to do so if she chose. My kids weren't destroying anything or running around.
When I do go in without my children I'll occasionally hear a child not minding and their parent getting onto them. This drives a few employees up the wall. Definitely a negative atmosphere. Unless Dawn or Lori are working I can't stand this gas station and believe it needs some changes.

Horrible service, donuts are hard and old, no white chocolate mocha coffee just hot water comes out, no iced coffee in the machine and one time we went there the donut case had roaches in it! Do yourself a favor and move down the road to the next station.

I must say this is one of the cleaner and neater Casey's. Some of them are getting pretty rough and the floors are greasy.

Cashiers are all friendly for the most part.
