First timer-Had a hog processed. They got us in quick and got it done quick! So nice, great communication, love the clear packaging with labels. So easy to see what is in the freezer! Very impressed. We found our place!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the meat is unsurpassed!!!!! I bought a rib roast that was the best I'd ever had or served in 60 years. The meat is better than I've been buying from a local meat market for the last couple of years. I'll travel up to Holton from now on.

we used them as a new bucher for our lamb, we had most of it ground and sausage. The season is really good and the grind is perfect. additionally the process time was short. we will be moving our processes needs to Hilton Meat Processing
