We are paying for 100mbps and consistently at 47. And they raised their prices and I’m now paying $109 for subpar internet. They are a joke. If I didn’t need internet for school I would suffer without internet!

Absolutely horrible service ! Every single representative I've spoken with has been more than rude and none of my issues were ever solved ! Was even hung up on numerous times. Do NOT recommend this service what so ever !

Not many choices for internet and H&B service sometimes drops to 0kbs when downloading large files. I feel like they limit large file downloads to a max of 700kbs as I have video to support this claim but can't post it on here.Since I can't reply to the owners post I'll add to my existing one. The account is under my father's name and I have called but since my name is not on the account I get nowhere. True, I could be added to the account but you'll just try to upsell faster internet and it's already ridiculous what you charge in comparison, for example the Kansas City area. There are times that I get better download speeds on my phone through Verizon then I get with H&B.

Ive known Harold and Betty owners of H and B communications. Although their next generation is in charge of the company the same curtious service and friendly service applys. Great company.
