The Blue Valley Technologies staff has always been so friendly and helpful, both in customer service and installation. I've been through three moves with them and have always gotten timely. courteous help. The internet connections have been great also.

You have had an outage since 6:00 AM this morning, and, due to having neither 24x7 support nor someone that is "oncall" for outages, I am unable to do my job.Even your own website and phone lines are out. Third time in a week.

Terrible company, has a monopoly on the area and they know you either have to deal with them or go without internet. I can not wait until one of the bigger companies comes in and puts them smooth out of buisness.
