On Jan 15 2024 I had my alignment done on my 2006 Scion xB they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment which there no adjustment on rear because it's a solid axle. I requested a print out from the alignment machine guy told me many people don't want them so he scrambled to get one the tells me to leave and come back it's gonna be awhile I told him I live 30 minutes away and I'll wait he insisted to tell me its gonna be awhile so I told him after a bit that I will stop in the morning to pick it up on my way thro on the 16th of January and guess what he totally lied and he didn't have one so I called him out on his lies after he wanted to argue with me about it. That alignment machine saves the alignment in it's data base .He tryed to tell me that he could put car back on rack for it but that will tells me nothing but the current measurements not the before . They should automatically give this read out to you so you no job was correctly done and for your records. He also stated not to come back after I called him out on his lies . Shady place to do business with. Stay away if all possible

I would think twice before trusting this establishment with your vehicle. Took my vehicle here for new tires. They failed to tighten the lugnuts on THREE of the tires as well as a few lugnuts were not even put back on. Which, of course, we didn’t know until one of the tires was so loose it was close to falling off after a couple days of driving. Matt assured us he would make it right, and we are still waiting after a few months. Gave up on calling him because he obviously isn’t going to make good on his “word”. Hearing others in the community talk, this is not the first time this has happened. We obviously will not be using them again.
