“Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel and I travel for a living so that says a lot! Front desk staff: Kimberly did an amazing job on her first night by herself! Even with the technical difficulties with the computer, she kept her cool and showed exemplary customer service skills. She’s a great asset! Rosey and Dawson were also awesome. We booked three rooms and one of the guests in the rooms left some items behind. They went the extra mile and called and texted me with info of the items AND offered to ship! Definitely have a great team of employees at this location.
Pool being indoor was great too. My team really enjoyed the facilities.
Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable too. LOVE that the mini fridge had a freezer for my cooler ice packs!
Only downside to this stay was that the elevator was out of order but we totally understand that these things happen so it was no big deal. I would stay at this location again in a heartbeat. Thank you all for making our weekend comfortable.”

“Although we had asked for two beds and only got one, it was a small motel and I understand there weren't many rooms left available. The room was simple but immaculate, not a trace of bedbugs or even a cobweb in the corners. I was surprised that a small, independent motel came with a fridge and microwave and even USB charging outlets!

We got there after midnight and the office was closed, but we were able to reach someone by phone to check in, and the keys were ready for us. And despite never laying eyes on any staff (we left early the next morning and the office was still closed), the service I received over the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. I realized only after reaching Dodge City that I had left my fitness band charging in the room, but Rohit was so very kind as to mail it back to me at my request using the same card I had used for the rooms to reimburse him the cost of postage.

If I ever make that trip again, I would gladly stay there again - excellent price for a brief overnight stay, and generous service.”
