Internet plan they advertise is 50/10. What I actually have on my bill is 50/2.5, but I'm still paying the same price. Nobody ever mentioned this discrepancy and when I inquired about the slow upload speed they didn't even acknowledge it.

Best phone service we've ever had. We love all the little extras they throw in at no additional cost.The cable was excellent. We only dropped it because we were "downsizing".I can't comment on the internet because we use a different company.Every employee we've ever encountered has always been friendly and called us be name.

Terrible service. Bought my router from them. The wireless didn't work then they refused to honor the warranty I told me I needed to buy another $100 router. The internet is very slow and cuts out several times a day. They are the only option in my area and almost everyone I know that has them says they are a joke
