I had it for supper tonight. That was the most tender, flavorful steak I have had in recent memory. I am told they process local beef in their store. I highly recommend them

Excellent customer service! We do love the smoked bacon and ham. Delicious.
We are a full functioning grocery store and butcher shop that processes beef, swine, and deer. After 3 years of hard work we are so proud to open up this new business for the community. Amy grew up in Humboldt and currently teaches special education at the elementary school. Scott farms and ranches raising the beef that is on the shelf when you walk in the store. Our goal is to provide local beef and pork to the consumer at an affordable rate by cutting out the middle man. Stop in and enjoy some fresh meat and produce!
