“What amazing customer service! I had 3 late packages being sent to grandkids, when I called the lady who was helping me had been with post office for over 15 years. She explained to me where my packages might be and why they could be late. She even took the time to explain to me about poly mailers and the weights of the packages, and how they move thru the machines. This is very helpful infromation for future mailings.
