“Really cool old store! The owner feels like it is his "clubhouse" and just enjoys being there. He isn't like some random employees who just want to ignore you and go home. There is a fair amount of stuff, not so much you are overwhelmed, but enough to have a good time browsing. If you are looking for western wear, he has a lot of it for good prices. Some of the newer/brand new stuff is pricier, but the older stuff isn't.”
“Ladies... if you love vintage anything this is the place!!! Settled on the south side of main street this smaller hidden jewel has so much charm i imagine myself living in this store. With the store packed wonderful tight full of vintage goodies one could spend hours in this store. It has vintage dresses, hats, gloves, cookware, lawn furniture, and did I mention the amazing vintage jewelry!!! ! Necessities has the BEST selection of vintage jewelry i have ever seen. Even compared to some of the big cities I've visited. Necessities is where I buy ALL of my jewelry.The nice thing about this lovely place is the prices are fair. The owner is always helpful and very friendly. They are always updating the store for new seasons. This honestly is my favorite store in Hutchinson.”
