My son’s iPhone 13 was stuck on SOS mode. I ended up having to go into the store they were very friendly and helped me start a claim, then helped get my bill lower.

Guy at the store may drive a nice car but he lied to me and I don't take kindly to that. I added a line to my account and told him I wanted this plan, these add-ons and nothing else. He didn't put device protection on the new line or put the right plan on despite telling me he did. Don't recommend.

The staff at the store is wonderful especially the manager. I have had so much trouble with my phone but the staff always knows how to correct the problem. I will always stay with ATT given the support provided.

Been dealing with AT&T the past 2 weeks with customer service and spending hours on the phone with them to get no where went into the local store and was frustrated from spending so much time on the phone with no help had Chanteau in store help me and was able to get my situation taken care of thank you so much I highly recommend going to see her if you have any issues!

If you like being talked over and pushed into unnecessary conversations off topic then this is your store! The man who answered the line was not even a little cordial… I had to repeat my self so many time I started to question his cognitive abilities or If he was sober. I don’t even wanna try AT&T if this is the kind of service that’s provided. Not worth the hour long conversation I was pushed into. Thx

Jordan at the Hutchinson location helped us add a line and get our son set up with a phone for the first time. He was very knowledgeable about prices, phones… any questions we had he was able to answer it immediately. Thanks Jordan!

Jordan was able to assist me with everything that needed done. the people on the phone weren’t helping at all but jordan had patience and was beyond helpful and during the 3 hours it took to activate the phone. he made a bad time better and made that 3 hours feel like 3 minutes. 100% professional on Jordan's part despite how att representatives were handling everything. thank you again. They will keep billing you after you cancel your services and you'll be on the phone will 5 different reps for over an hour that all say something different. Get it together..

The worst service I've ever had. Had a note on the front door that said went to lunch back at 1:50. They got back at 5 after 12:00. The employee was sloppily dressed and couldn't care if you helped you or not
