“Matthew went above & beyond to help get us what we needed to replace our battery when we broke down 5 hrs from home. Got us a decent rate on a new battery, helped us procure some tools, & tested the alternator to determine that was also bad, which gave us the heads up that we might have that fail soon (it did, in Salina). But that got us to a place where we were able to get additional help & were able to get home late the same night. Thank you, Matthew!”
