Reserved a 26’ moving vehicle two weeks ago. At noon the day before my confirmed date of pickup they called me and said they didn’t have my vehicle but could give me two 16’ vehicles. I am moving out of state and can’t drive two moving vehicles. They offered no apology and seemed put out that I was upset. They left me the day before moving without a vehicle. The rudest person ever spoke to me! I will never rent or trust this location. Would not recommend them to anyone!! So unprofessional!!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION IN HUTCHINSON, KS.The company website and the number that you call to get a vehicle says that the store in Hutchinson Kansas has a vehicle that you can get that you are looking for. HOWEVER, when you get ready to pick it up, the branch in Hutchinson Kansas doesn't have the vehicle that you have purchased, even though the headquarters says that they do and that it is on the lot. The lady at the Hutchinson Kansas location is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and needs to go!!!!! Also this company needs to update their company software so they can have better info as to where their vehicles are at and the availability of them. The gentleman on the phone suggested that there is one in another state if we wanted to go there and get one. ARE YOU REALLY THAT IGNORANT????? WHY WOULD I GO OUT OF STATE TO GET A VEHICLE AND TAKE THE CHANCE OF IT NOT BEING THERE EITHER????LIKE I SAID.... DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. MAYBE THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THE DOORS AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS COMPLETELY. LEAVE THIS KIND OF BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT KNOWS HOW TO GET YOU IN A VEHICLE THE RIGHT WAY. BECAUSE THEY DON'T, ESPECIALLY THE HUTCHINSON KS STORE.SO.... RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!

Worst Rental Car location ever. Their billing is shady at best. I have rented 3 cars with them and the charged amount is never what is quoted. Each time they quoted me a cheaper price then when I get there it's a completely different story. Then no one wants to remedy the problem. They just shrug their shoulders and stare at you.

At first everything for booking truck was smooth and easy. However mistake was made and I got charged an extra $75. Customer service and Billings line couldn't do anything for me.Finally got a hold of regional manager he apologize found the mistake and refunded me the money. I would of done a 5 star however there customer service line was a 1 star!!!Thank you to regional manager of Wichita KS!!

Made reservation on mon. 13th for Friday. I was told by attendant that I could drop keys in drop box anytime on Sunday, as long as keys were there by Monday at 8 am. When I go to rent the car, I was told that I had to have keys in drop box at 12 on Sunday. I was lied to and not very good customer service. It was my first time renting with them. I left and the manager said get out after I said , I hope you don't treat others like u treated me. Went to enterprise rental and had very good experience. Never will go to budget again. Liars and their customer service sucks. Im sure they will say different story, but I have no reason to lie. They still charged my credit card for the 300 dollar deposit, why??

I have tried to rent a car from this place multiple times in the past month. I order a car through their 800 number then I get a call from the local agency that they don't have any vehicles. Not once but twice. I even had the 800 lady call the office to make sure they had a vehicle she put me on hold then said they have cars. Just a bad experience all around.

Have always had a good experience. Except this time, I rented a vehicle 2 weeks ahead of time, and yet they don't have the vehicle that I paid for. And they are down grading me to a vehicle that is too small for our trip. And they never give a discount and they always want more money to upgrade. Which is not my choice, I rented and paid for a vehicle that had a 3rd row because that is what we need. The vehicle I paid for should be available to me and not used and pushed around. I paid 300 dollars for a 3rd row vehicle and I am entitled to what I rented.

The representative, Tammy, gave misleading information. Became very rude and was impossible to work with. She told me one thing then changed her mind and refused to accept other proof that she said would work. Kept bragging about the value of the cars. Threatened to call the cops. Horrible customer service experience. Not apologetic or understanding to the situation, just refused to help and lied. If she had told me the same information when I first went in the whole situation could have been avoided instead of waiting until I needed the vehicle to tell me no.

My family made a reservation a month in advance. A day before our week-long trip, a rep called to inform us that the vehicle we reserved was unavailable. The rep did not give any kind of apology or empathy and did not offer to help us seek for a replacement. Low quality customer service.

Where we dropped off our truck in Hutchinson Kansas was clean the folks were very prompt to get us checked out and was a great experience. Where we picked up in Tomball Texas was a terrible experience. The truck was filthy and they didn't have anything ready when we got there. Because of our time crunch we cleaned the truck and got on the road
