About Cargill Salt
Cargill Salt is a well-regarded business that provides a positive experience for truck drivers. According to reviewers, the check-in process is straightforward, with friendly staff who are helpful and accommodating. Drivers appreciate the convenience of being able to wait in their truck instead of a break room while their load is prepared.
The facility itself is described as clean, with new and functional amenities like a porta-potty, despite some instances of inconsiderate behavior by other customers. Drivers report a smooth loading process, with clear instructions to wait in the truck until signaled to move forward. The business operates 24/7, from 7 am to 11 pm.
Overall, Cargill Salt seems to prioritize driver safety and satisfaction. Reviewers highlight the professionalism of the staff and the efficiency of the loading procedures. While a few minor issues were noted, the general consensus is that Cargill Salt provides an excellent experience for truck drivers, with quick turnaround times and a driver-friendly environment.

I had an excellent experience. I arrived early and was taken right in; the woman at the registration office was very pleasant and polite. I was assigned a dock immediately. I wish everyone worked this efficiently. I waited in my truck; remember to slide your axles back before backing into the dock.
