“I will go back to Sanford's if I have computer issues again. They went above and beyond for me, were quick to diagnose and very reasonably priced. Need a Geek had my laptop on and off for over 3.5 weeks and over charged me, didnt do what they claimed to do, and put the wrong materials in it. When I dropped it off at Sanford's, they got back to me with its issue within 48 hours. Even though it was a disappointing diagnosis, I appreciate their honesty and quickness. Need a Geek dismissed the things I told them were wrong with it and overcharged me, whereas the people at Sanford's listened to my concerns. Thank you guys. <3 I'll come back in the future.”
