Absolutely incredible service from the Sales Department. I live in Hawaii and contacted Derek out of nowhere to ask if he could help my daughter with a car purchase. The challenge was that she lives an hour away. Well let me tell you, not only did he do everything over email and text, they got her approved and delivered the car right to her door! Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner and I am extremely impressed by the service. WOW! WOW! WOW! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I went to get my air conditioner fixed on our Titan. Fortunately I only needed a couple of little fuses. Unfortunately it cost $285. Always costs quite a bit to have the vehicles worked on.

Went in for an oil/filter change on my truck. I had an appointment time and told the service writer that I would wait for the truck to be ready in the showroom. One and one half hours later, I went back to check on what was taking so long. Was told my truck was being washed and almost ready. When I got my truck it had water all over like it hadn’t been dried off. I don’t leave water to spot my glass and inside of doors so was not pleased. Not happy with waiting so long for the oil change and wash job.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Check in went smoothly, Joel was friendly and kept me informed as I waited. Time waited was as expected, was made comfortable in the show room with offer of drink and snack if wanted. Car was clean inside and out on pick up. Thanks Conklin!
