I went into the cox store and i wanted to lower my bill. Autumn helped me so much. she lowered my bill by 30$ and signed me up for the acp program saving 30 more. Also got my switched over from verizon saving me 60$ dollars there!! She was amazing. much better than the customer service over the phone

Not a review of the location but the company in general.This company charges WAY too much. I pay $160 a month for our internet and we STILL have constant problems with throttling and outages. They try to act like they fixed an outage sometimes when they didn't as well.About two months ago there was an outage in my area that the site said had been addressed and fixed. Yet we continued to have problems for HOURS afterwards. When I contacted customer service I just kept being told that there was no outage as I was constantly disconnected from the chat. Then almost an hour into trying to get the issue fixed, someone FINALLY admitted there was an outage and got someone out.I am only a Cox customer because there is no better option. The SECOND that Ideatek is available in my area I am gone.

Absolute trash the last 2-3 months. I have made close to 50 calls to tech support to be told to go over the exact same steps or to upgrade my package when they can see I only have 2-3 devices connected. If you have ANY other options I would suggest trying those first. As soon as possible I will be cancelling Cox service

Got approved for the acp program. The email straight from the program stating if you don't have internet already go to an approved provider so I did just that. The email from the agency stated also let them know that I was approved and ask to be set up with internet then give them the info of this program approved app and they do not know what they are talking about cox doesn't. They state they can't do a thing with that which is a lie. Manager tried lieing to me as well. Instructions is not a recommendation it's binding that you have to follow what that email states thanks

My bill had been raised twice in a few months. I paid in person, vented and Kwane found a way for me to save nearly $20 and told me about Cox cell phone service that would save me $25 off what I am paying now.
