We just joined on 12/22 from AT&T and we should have stayed with them. We were in there for 3 hours and what we were quoted and our actual bill are two completely different things. Support is no help and we had to fight for the credit of the activation fees (which the rep promised!!!) with the support people who then offered us half of the activation fees waived and when I pushed back they eventually gave the full $160. We are going back into the store to go over charges because now we have a third number on there (including a data plan) that is attached to no phone as the only phones on there are mine and my husbands! STAY AWAY!!!”

“Was born and raised in Hutch moved away moved back few years ago had not been in this pawnshop in many years. To be honest many years ago it was not a good place to shop so I have just avoided it i honestly did not have high hopes when I walked in. However things change so decided to stop in on a whim and see what they had and check out prices. The owner was in there turns out he had just bought the place like 6 months ago. He was friendly when I go into a pawn shop I’m typically looking for older less cosmetically pretty firearms. Most pawn shops nowadays seem to sell and push more new firearms then used inventory I have had many pawnshops act like I was wasting their time looking at their old budget guns. They had a good selection of older used shotguns and rifles at fair prices. He did not get annoyed that’s the kinda stuff specifically came in to look at. He acted like any sale is better then no sale (the way it should be). Because of this I ended up walking out with 2 good ol American made shotguns that are fully functional but already have a good amount of character so I don’t need worry if they get handled rough in the field. After this positive experience I will definitely be returning. I would say if you have had a bad experience buying from this pawn shop in years past try giving them another chance under the new owner he seemed like a good dude.”
