I try not to spread negative responses, but I do have to say the truck driver has a great throw for how light my parcel was. Threw it 15 feet and hit the screen door.Oh, and if you find a phone number for them don't bother. I ordered a bumper that got lost. So I called to file a claim then they hung up on me. Then if I typed in the tracking number to get to customer service it said that customer service had no new information then the robot hung up on me. I used the tracking number from the arm chair quarterback package that knocked the screen in on my screen door. I finally got a hold of somebody else who said that it would show up. In which it did but when it showed up looking like it got ran over and left out in the rain.

Didn't even deliver my package I guess it got lost, then I had to order another one, and they cancelled my claim go figure, I'll never do business with them again, sorry mail service
