I purchased a generator on February 13. No one in the store mentioned that there would be a 15% coupon coming out on February 15 that could save me money on the large purchase price. When I called both the local store and corporate to see if they would give me the opportunity to take advantage of the savings (like most customer friendly companies do) I was told I would not be able to take advantage of the savings. This company is not customer friendly, and I will not be doing business with Harbor Freight in the future.

The worst experience yet cashier did not want to match the price I had just paid on Saturday gave me such a hard time did not acknowledge me when I walked into the store just totally ignored me n had to come back to return my merchandise when she seen that, then she wanted to match the price I originally had told her I got on that Saturday made me waste my gas and time would not shop there again until the owner Teaches her about customer care. With that type of attitude sales would not go very far
