I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE! My husband made an appointment to take his truck in to get an oil change and to get his brakes checked and fixed. His appointment was around 10am today wednesday the 26th, they told him it would take a couple of hours. About 12:10pm he asked me to call and see how much longer. Mind you he uses his truck for work and he has to drive back to Des Moines IA as he has an appointment at a collision center to fix his bumper thursday morning on the 27th and he neededs to drive 6hr back to Iowa. I called and they told me that they hadn't looked at it yet and would be checking it like around 2pm or so. I explained the situation and Adam told me he would check it as soon as he could. They called him but he couldn't answer as he was working and he messaged me "call midas" so i called them that was around 1pm they gave me the estimate and we paid it. I asked what time they would have the truck ready and they said it would take around 3hrs as they needed to get parts from Wichita but the truck would be ready by 4pm, come 3:29 i called to see if the truck was almost ready. The lady that picked up said that her mechanic was just walking in coming back from Wichita with the parts and they would get right on it and it would be around 1hr but probably less so i called around 4:23pm to get an update and Adam says they needed to go back to Wichita because they grabbed the wrong part but they would have the truck ready by the end of the day. I called around 5:30pm to get an update and Julie transferred me to Adam and he told me his employee was coming back from Wichita and for my hubby to go around 6:15pm and the truck should be ready by then or a little after. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CHECK THE CAR AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT? If they would of checked the truck as soon as he took it in they would have gotten it done by 1-2pm even if they had gotten the wrong part they still would of had it ready latest 4pm. Now he has to drive back to Iowa driving all night and getting here after midnight. He made the appointment for the morning and they didn't even look at it till 1pm and why not double check you have the correct parts specially when it's an hr drive to and and hour drive back? Again i do not recommend this place!

Blew my tire off the bead in a snow drift today. Called Midas at in and out in 30 minutes and when I went to pay the said I was good. Good people employed there made the experience 10x better
