“Not certain if the Management at the Verizon Retail Store located at 2500 N. Main St., Suite B, Hutchinson, KS will see this, but I wished to express my GENUINE THANKS & APPRECIATION. I visited this business on Mon., Feb. 26 at 5:00 p.m. seeking iPhone set-up assistance. From the moment I walked in, until the time I left (at approx. 6:15 p.m.), I was IMPRESSED! Veronica kindly greeted & welcomed me, almost immediately when I opened the door and walked-in...and then assisted me for over an hour, all the while helping (2) two other customers; cordially greeting & acknowledging them in the same kind, professional manner, when they walked-in. Veronica is the definition of "Best-In-Class" Customer Service. My only disappointment is not being able to reach a Store Manager at this location today, to express how grateful I am for the VALUED assistance Veronica provided me, and her AMAZING Customer Service Skills & Politeness!”
