These people literally saved us. We got scammed out of money by a DIFFERENT COMPANY and when we called Penske they came through for us in the middle of Tropical storm Isaias. Highly recommend Penske for all your moving needs. Absolute perfection. I love you Penske!

Definitely an experience. The truck and trailer rental was great, smooth pick up in Kansas from a Home Depot and easy “self service/after dark” drop off in Charlotte, NC. Truck drove nicely and the full car trailer did great hauling our car. Will use their service again

Customer service needs to explain all DETAILS in the contract for instance how much the deposit amount is needed to aquire a rental truck !
