Took my 4 Year Old Yorkie in for the Works...Haircut, Bath, etc. Showed them pictures of her after her last Grooming...absolutely horrible!!! Not even close to what I requested and what they were shown...I will post pictures!!

Petco was clean and peaceful; the workers were very helpful both when my kiddos accidentally made a mess and during check out :)

Price high but if mistake management will honor and allow to add more. The three times I have always gone there is a small problem. I had problems with grooming major problems but the charge was the same I have no intention of going back. I prefer to be called not charged and left waiting for hours and only getting a wash then they did discount to the special price but I did not feel good. I had called to check on things but no response until checking out. The cashier was nice I had planned on some accessories like a doggie bag and treats but was disappointed and left.
I would not recommend it too much I think years ago we did pretty well at Petco but these few times I don't think I will go back others may like.

At times we come here to look for something and never end up purchasing anything due to how expensive everything is in this store. Nothing has changed went in again for something we searched online first and then went to look here so we didn't have to wait for shipping but will wait because the item was twice as much so we ordered it online from someone else.

Staff was extremely rude and had almost no knowledge of the animals they were selling. They sold me two mice one of which ended up severely hurting the other. Staff then acted like it was a major inconvenience for them to take the two back.
