“I switched to the medicine shoppe over two years ago. Having issues with others having my prescriptions and enough in stock was my biggest issue that I had among a couple other issues. Now they haven't been the cheapest on all my medications and they do not give discounts on controlled if paying out of pocket to include testosterone. But I will say that wasn't an issue for me. One super kind and caring. Two knowledgeable and honest. Three never didn't have any of my medications. Four feels like a small family business you can tell the staff all seem close but even to their customers. Five have gone out there way to calling my drs about medications and getting a new rx. Five if they don't know the answer or if they don't have something they will find out for their customers and point them in that direction. It's obvious they care and glad I made the change.”

“Transferred here several months ago and couldn't be happier. My children have seizures and other health issues, which comes with a wealth of meds. We have previously had to go to the pharmacy multiple times a week at other bigger pharmacies in town that couldn't keep up with our needs honestly, and the waits were always quite long (though the drive through was so convenient!). Now they have their meds set up in daily pill packs! It's so easy and we go to the pharmacy so much less! Which, I'm sure I don't have to say, is a lot off my full plate! I do have to say I miss the apps. Phone calls are not my thing. However, it is a small sacrifice I will happily make in order to be at this small pharmacy where you can walk in and they're already getting your meds out. They get to know you and they're so nice! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Side note- They provide all (or at least most?) meds from any doctor, not just psychiatric meds and not just Horizons doctors! Check em out!”

“I get all my drugs except for my chemo pills here. Pharmacy has been top notch on letting me know how the pills interact with other pills. The service is splendid they do get a little bit behind sometimes more people needing drugs and people behind the counter. That doesn't happen all the time but when it does expect to wait they have chairs for you to set in. The rest of the store is just like pharmacy very clean all the shelves are full unless they're bringing in a new line.”

“I have never met such a wonderful pharmacist and employees that work at Dillons fifth Street pharmacy. Reading the reviews one come to my attention talking of a persons name. Courtney is a wonderful person. She goes out of her way to help everyone all the employees do. I wouldn't change the pharmacy at Dillons fifth Street for nothing. I have literally been standing in line and have heard customers tell them off, belittle them, and they still stand there with a smile on their face. Maybe it's the customers that need to take the attitude adjustment. Their hands are tied, number one they do not handle your insurance., They will go out of their way to help you with authorizations and everything, but their hands are tied to a certain point.#2 your doctor is the one that writes the prescriptions at my doctors office. This should be for compliments on this site. Reviewing somebody. For your personal reasons is not correct. I would stand up and give Dillons pharmacy on fifth Street a gold star, I would put them as number one. To all the employees, and to all the pharmacists of Dillons fifth Street pharmacy. There's no pharmacy in Hutchison that compares to you. You guys are the best each and everyone of you and I thank you as a customer and my family thanks you. “I used to go to another pharmacy. They had problems with getting one of my prescriptions. Dillons had no such problem getting it to me on time. Even though I am on a different medication now, I still really appreciate Dillons customer service and how they work with me.”

“Wasn't a good experience at all. I waited over an hour for black & white labels that normally take less then a minute to print off at the library. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there to print off shipping labels.”
