Today I met the regional from the new property management company, Lisa. She was fantastic. They just took over and my experience was great. Lisa said a new manager starts next week and they are a new management company to the property. I was very impressed with my visit with Lisa!

Yalls maint is trash could not figure out how to fix an ac said he had to replace coils. Stil 80+ degrees for days after I sprayed out the outside unit which should be done when filters are replaced and it works amazing 5 minute fix
